{"id":7881,"date":"2023-07-21T04:17:43","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T04:17:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jurnaldaily.com\/?p=7881"},"modified":"2023-07-21T04:17:43","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T04:17:43","slug":"pemkab-langkat-evaluasi-dan-monitoring-pelayanan-publik-sekda-amril-agar-masyarakat-terlayani-dengan-baik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jurnaldaily.com\/index.php\/2023\/07\/21\/pemkab-langkat-evaluasi-dan-monitoring-pelayanan-publik-sekda-amril-agar-masyarakat-terlayani-dengan-baik\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemkab Langkat Evaluasi dan Monitoring Pelayanan Publik, Sekda Amril: Agar Masyarakat Terlayani dengan Baik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Langkat (<a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"http:\/\/Jurnaldaily.com\">Jurnaldaily.com<\/a>)<\/strong> Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat terus melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi penilaian kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik tahun 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Monitoring ini dilakukan langsung oleh Sekdakab Langkat, H Amril S.Sos M.AP untuk meninjau standar pelayanan di setiap dinas pada 18 &#8211; 20 Juli 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sekda melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring di Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Sosial, Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, Dinas dukcatpil, serta 2 Puskesmas Perwakilan (Puskesmas karang Rejo dan Puskesmas Tanjung Beringin) di jajaran Pemkab Langkat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan juga terkait hasil laporan pra evaluasi pelayanan publik oleh Ombudsman RI perwakilan Sumatera Utara tanggal 26 juni 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Hal ini guna persiapan kunjungan penilaian oleh Ombudsman RI perwakilan Sumatera Utara yang di laksanakan pada 25 juli 2023,&#8221; sebut Sekda Langkat, Kamis (20\/7\/23) di Stabat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Turut mendampingi Sekda pada monitoring diantaranya Beni Sukmaria Ginting S.Kom (Kabag Orta), Kabid IKP M.Faisal SE.M.I.kom (mewakili Kadis Kominfo) dan seluruh staf Bagiaan Orta Setdakab Langkat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Monitoring tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik serta penerapan standar operasional prosedur dan standar pelayanan yang berikan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Selain itu monitoring ini juga merupakan tindak lanjut atas surat Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Nomor B\/1673\/PC.02\/V\/2023 tanggal 31 Mei 2023 perihal Penilaian Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik Tahun 2023 yang rencananya dilakukan oleh Ombudsman perwakilan Sumatera Utara pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dalam monitoring itu Sekdakab Langkat H. Amril S.Sos, M.AP menegaskan kepada kepala Puskesmas dan OPD untuk berbenah diri dan proaktif dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga tercipta pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan prima.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Amril juga menjelaskan monitoring ini merupakan rutinitas Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik guna menjamin masyarakat bisa mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cBerikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat. Buat mereka nyaman dan puas dengan pelayanan yang kita miliki. Karena kita merupakan pelayan bagi mereka\u201d, pungkas Sekda.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Berikut Optimalisasi Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">1. Kompetensi Pelaksana, pengetahuan Tentang Komponen standar Pelayanan sesuai UU 25 Tahun 2009 pasal 21.<br \/>\n2. Pengetahuan Terkait Tugas Jabatan, sesuai dengan tugas yang diuraikan di SK Tugas.<br \/>\n3. Pengetahuan Tentang Lembaga Ombudsman, UU No 37 Tahun 2088 Pasal 1.<br \/>\n4. Pengetahuan Tentang Bentuk Bentuk Maladministrasi.<br \/>\n5. Pengetahuan tentang Respon jika mendapatkan rekomendasi Ombudsman.<br \/>\n6. Pengetahuan tentang layanan ramah kelompok rentan.<br \/>\n7. Ketersediaan seluruh komponen standar layanan : Dasar Hukum, Persyaratan, Prosedure, Jangka waktu penyelesaian, Biaya, Produk Layanan,Sarana, Prasarana, Kompetensi Pelaksana, Pengawasan Internal, Penanganan Pengaduan, Jaminan Pelayanan dan Evaluasi Kinerja.
