{"id":4789,"date":"2023-02-01T02:47:07","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T02:47:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jurnaldaily.com\/?p=4789"},"modified":"2023-02-01T02:47:07","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T02:47:07","slug":"pansus-dprd-medan-bahas-ranperda-pengelolaan-barang-milik-daerah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jurnaldaily.com\/index.php\/2023\/02\/01\/pansus-dprd-medan-bahas-ranperda-pengelolaan-barang-milik-daerah\/","title":{"rendered":"Pansus DPRD Medan Bahas Ranperda Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Medan (<a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"http:\/\/Jurnaldaily.com\">Jurnaldaily.com<\/a>)<\/strong> Panitia Khusus (Pansus) DPRD Kota Medan melaksanakan rapat pembahasan Ranperda Kota Medan tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah, Senin (30\/1\/23).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Rapat yang dipimpin oleh Dhiyaul Hayati, <a href=\"http:\/\/S.Ag\">S.Ag<\/a>., M.Pd., selaku Ketua Pansus mengatakan dengan adanya peraturan baru, baik itu Permendagri dan Peraturan Pemerintah, maka harus ada penyesuaian antara peraturan yang baru dengan kondisi saat ini.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cKita berharap, dengan adanya Ranperda tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah ini agar nantinya aset milik Pemko Medan dapat terlindungi dan dikelola dengan baik sehingga memberikan manfaat untuk masyarakat Kota Medan,&#8221; kata Dhiyaul Hayati.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cRanperda ini menjadi hal yang perlu didiskusikan dan harus direalisasikan, sehingga pemanfaatannya bisa menjadi lebih banyak, misalnya ada tanah Pemko Medan yang selama ini tidak dimanfaatkan, dengan peraturan baru nanti dapat dimanfaatkan,&#8221; tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Rapat yang berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Badan Musyawarah DPRD Kota Medan ini juga dihadiri para Anggota Pansus, Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Medan dan Bagian Hukum Setda Kota Medan.
