Soalnya, di Perda itu telah mengatur bahwa setiap yang hendak membangun terlebih dahulu megurus Surat Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (SIMB).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cDi Perda itu, semua sudah diatur termasuk retribusinya,\u201d kata Hasyim SE ketika dimintai komentarnya, Minggu (13\/3\/22) terkait masih maraknya bangunan diduga tanpa IMB di Kota Medan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Hasyim menjelaskan, setiap pengembang wajib memasang plank IMB di depan lokasi bangunannya, sehingga masyarakat mengetahuinya. &#8220;Jika tidak, maka akan timbul tanda tanya bagi masyarakat, walaupun si pengembang telah mengurusnya,\u201d ujar Hasyim.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dia juga menegaskan, jika ada pengembang tidak menaati peraturan yang telah ditetapkan, maka pihak terkait bisa memberikan teguran tegas untuk menghentikan proses pembangunannya. Apabila tidak menghindahkannya, maka langkah terakhir membongkar bangunan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ditambahkannya, jangan mencari keuntungan pribadi sehingga program pemerintah untuk membangun kota yang kita cintai ini menjadi terhambat. \u201cMakanya, diminta kepada pihak terkait dalam masalah ini jika ada bangunan tanpa IMB ya dibongkar saja tanpa terkecuali,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Masih katanya, para pengembang yang tidak mematuhi sesuai Peraturan Daerah (Perda) No. 03 Tahun 2015 tentang Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB), berarti yang bersangkutan (pengembang-red) tidak mendukung program Pemerintah Kota (Pemko) Medan dalam peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Medan. \u201cSoalnya, salah satu sumber peningkatan PAD berasal dari retribusi pajak IMB,\u201d sebut Ketua Penasehat Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Kota Medan ini.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Disebutkannya, pembangunan Kota Medan seperti perbaikan infrastruktur, drainase dan lain sebagainya anggarannya beralokasi dari PAD. \u201cNah, jika PAD Kota Medan tidak ada peningkatannya, maka apapun yang dilakukan bakalan sia-sia. Untuk itu, mari kita saling mendukung program Pemko Medan terwujud,\u201d harapannya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ketika disinggung soal pembeking bangunan, Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan Kota Medan tersebut langsung meminta ditindak tegas. \u201cJaman sekarang sudah tidak ada lagi beking membeking. Laporkan bila ada yang mengetahuinya karena telah menlanggar ketentuan. Masak, sudah salah kok dibeking-beking,\u201d ujar Hasyim.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Disamping itu, dia juga mengimbau supaya perangkat kelurahan\/desa untuk terus aktif mengawasi kawasannya bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada bangunan di wilayahnya itu dibangun tanpa IMB.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cMasyarakat juga harus berperan aktif jangan perangkat kelurahan\/desa saja. Jika ada kolaborasi seperti ini maka pemerintah setempat sangat berterima kasih termasuk pihak DPRD Kota Medan juga,\u201d tandasnya.
